Deliveries made Monday to Saturday. Standard delivery up to 5 working days. (3 working days up to and including your chosen date.). Non perishable products including small gifts boxes and small hampers: £5.95 per delivery address. Delivery charge for Medium and large hamper may vary according to its weight from £9.95 to £15.95

Owing to difficulties guaranteeing delivery on time, Next Day Delivery is at the moment available in London only, Around UK we can offer an alternative delivery within 3-5 working days.
Orders must be placed by 5pm. All products including hampers and gift boxes: £9.95 per delivery address.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive confirmation with tracking information in order to keep you informed as to the whereabouts of your order and your delivery driver, and allows you lots more control over the receipt of your goods.

It is the policy of Dimino Olive Oil to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please return it within 28 days along with your receipt for an exchange or refund, by the original method of payment. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete as per delivery sent in first place.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 30 days of taking delivery. Please send a pic of the item being damaged and we will provide you with the new one.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Services Department as soon as possible or within 28 days and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.
