Dimino's Penne alla Arrabbiata

Dimino Sicilian Cherry tomatoes Sauce - 2jars x 300g each

Dimino Sicilian Anchovies 180g

Dimino Olive Oil 250 ml

Italian Penne/Pennette Molisana 500g

Dimino Sicilian Chili 30g

BellissimO Mediterranean spicy pasta, simple and delicious and easy to prepare with cherry tomatoes sauce, garlic, anchovies fillet, parsley and red hot chili from Sicily. The recipe given is suitable for 4 people.



Dimino Sicilian Cherry tomatoes Sauce - 2jars x 300g each

4 fillets of Dimino Sicilian Anchovies 

3 tablespoons of Dimino Olive Oil

400 g of Italian Penne/Pennette Molisana

2-3 teaspoons of Dimino Sicilian Chili flakes

2 crashed and finally chopped garlic

2 teaspoons of chopped fresh parsley


First thing to do is to put the water on and once the water start boiling add salt,  400g of pasta and cooking it al dente for about 10 minutes following the instruction on the pasta's bag.

Now the fun bit, let's make the Arrabbiata sauce. Pour on a non-sticky pan medium heat Dimino Olive Oil 2 tablespoon and add 2 gloves of garlic crashed and finally chopped, 2 anchovies fillet, 2 teaspoon of chopped fresh parsley,  2 teaspoon of red hot chili from Sicily.

Once the garlic becomes golden pour  Dimino cherry tomatoes sauce, both jars.   Gently stir and leave it to simmer for about 5minutes. Having cooked the  pasta, drain and add it to the sauce. Mix everything really well together, add a drizzle of Dimino Olive Oil, some basil leaves  or fresh parsley and parmesan cheese to your liking.

Great dish to enjoy at home in the company  of your family! The recipe is also suitable for Vegans by skipping the anchovies and the parmesan cheese in the end.
