Dimino Italian Bruschetta

Fresh bread, brown or seeds bread with Dimino Olive Oil, Cherry Tomatoes and Mozzarella


2 slices of Fresh brown or seeds bread

50grams of Dimino Olive Oil

100grams of Fresh Mozzarella

80grams of Cherry tomatoes

2 Basil leaves



Simple and healthy recipe that you can have for lunch or dinner.


Just toast two slices of bread in the oven or pan for around 2 minutes. Serve it in a plate laying the fresh Mozzarella, some Cherry tomatoes, Basil leaves, pinch of salt to your taste and drizzle of Dimino Olive Oil.  Simply dish, Mediterranean.
