2 slices of Fresh brown or seeds bread
90grams of Dimino Pistachio Pesto
25grams of Dimino Olive Oil
40grams of Fresh Mozzarella
40grams of Cherry tomatoes
40grams of Avocado
2 Basil leaves
Simple and healthy recipe that you can have for lunch or dinner.
Just toast two slices of bread in the oven or pan for around 2 minutes. Serve it in a plate, spread the pistachio pesto at the bottom, add the fresh Mozzarella, some Cherry tomatoes, slices of Avocado, 2 Basil leaves, pinch of salt to your taste and drizzle of Dimino Olive Oil. Great taste and super healthy, a boost of polyphenols and antioxidant. Enjoy it!
